INDIAN ORDERS:
- All domestic orders are processed within 48 business hours. You can expect delivery of the order within 7-15 business day.
- In case of Prepaid Orders, expect delivery within 7 days.
- In case of COD Orders, expect delivery within 10 Days.
SHIPPING CHARGES: We offer free shipping all over India on all of our orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- All international orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 7-10 business days.
- We are not responsible for damage after delivery.
- For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 3 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on number of products and shipping location.
- In case of International shipping, sometimes a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches their country. Majority of the orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we don’t have idea of customs duty charges that be levied. If additional customs charges are assessed, customer is responsible for paying these charges. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.
